German Kraft was born out of the desire to revive the ceremony that traditionally surrounds beer drinking in Franconia; to create a locally brewed beer, full of character and drink it fresh from the tank. Our highly controlled brewing process with state-of-the-art equipment allows us to create consistently high-quality brews; unfiltered, unpasteurised and without additives or preservatives. This results in the beer having a short shelf life but it’s exclusively served fresh from the tank and keg at our taproom for optimal quality. We brew all our beers according to the German purity law from 1516, only using water, malt, hops & yeast pushing the boundaries of creating great, flavourful craft beer without fuss.
