Hopfen Kiss Pale Ale
Our German take on a pale ale. Kissed by Citra and Cascade Hops in the dry hopping stage and made using wheat yeast.
The Edel Weiss is our German wheat beer with a harmonious combination of creaminess and fruitiness. Named after the rare and famous Alpine flower, a symbol of rugged beauty and purity, it perfectly represents our brew.
Fritz Taube is our collab fest hefeweizen made together with our friends from Anspach & Hobday. Creamy, intense Hefeweizen with a proper 5.9%
Our 2018 Oktoberfest Lager edition. Amber Festbier simply called ‘O’ packs a solid 5.6% and is super drinkable.
Traditional German styled Pilsner, dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops, the perfect session beer for the heat! 4.8% ABV
Our first beer ever brewed on site, a Märzen style or smoked lager, made with only Munich malt and a hint of smoked malt.
Our winter Weizenbock. Bock in German means; a strong beer, the animal Ram and a very stubborn human being. (hint hint)
Whilst brewing our seasonal Festbier we encountered a power cut making us re-fermentating the brew three times. The outcome is a unique smooth amber lager.
A spelt bock beer. Nice and smooth with a full 7.2% ABV
Our smoked lager. Super dark, super smokey reminds some of black forrest ham.
