Our collab with Gipsy Hill Brewery, brewed on their kit is a hazy Hopenweisse. We used a Hefeweizen base with german wheat yeast and dry hopped it lots with exotic hops to create a hazy, smooth Hopfenweisse. This beer was the first beer we ever made that was available in cans.
The Lemon Drop
The second collab with Anspach & Hobday, brewed on their kit. We teamed up to brew a special type of Berliner Weisse. A sour beer that was lagered and dry hopped with a hop called ‘Lemon Drop’. At 5.5% it’s also stronger than your average sour beer. The label artwork was created by our first ever employee and site manager Billy Bagilhole.
Our first ever collab with Anspach & Hobday in Bermondsey. This beer was brewed on our kit for the Craft Oktoberfest 2018. It’s a fest Hefeweizen with a punchy 5.9%. similar to our core range wheat but packed with a denser malt base, creating a proper strong wheat beer.
Our first ever collab brewed together with the amazing Solvay Society on their kit. This is a Lager, Saison hybrid with 5.8% mixing the best of Belgian and German traditions to create a well balanced, easy drinking beer.
